Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about discovering courses, accessing learning, progress, registration, and certificates on Soma.

Can I look at a course before creating an account?

Yes. You can open the public course page to understand its level, duration, structure, and learning outcomes. Sign in is required when you enrol or save personal progress.

Why do course cards use different words such as lessons, weeks, or units?

Soma courses use different teaching structures. The catalogue shows the content type that belongs to each course instead of describing every course as a set of lessons.

How do I continue a course I already started?

Sign in with the same account, open your dashboard or the course page, and continue from the available lesson or unit. If progress is missing, contact support with the course name and your account email.

How do certificates work?

Complete the required learning and assessment steps shown in your course. Requirements can vary by course, and a certificate is available only after the course completion checks pass.

What should I do if registration is waiting for review?

Keep the confirmation you submitted and contact support with the course name and account email. Do not post private payment details in a public group.

Where can I get personal help?

Use the Help Center or contact Soma on WhatsApp or telephone at +250782894046.
